I resolved this problem like this:
1. Installed AX
2. Installed AX SP1 update
3. Installed RU4
4. Installed GLS (not necessary)
5. Started AOS
6. Started AX, done checklist till Synchronized (sync. included)
7. Then turrned off AOS.
8. Installed RU 7 (or RU 6)
9. Again made Sinchronization.
And probmem gone
