Проблема с отчётами в CRM

Добрый день.

Периодически на сервере CRM возникает следующая проблема с отчётами - в окне отчётов выдаётся сообщение:

Произошла внутренняя ошибка на сервере отчетов. Дополнительные подробности см. в журнале ошибок.
Чтобы получить дополнительные сведения об этой ошибке, перейдите к серверу отчетов на локальном сервере или включите удаленный контроль ошибок

В логах CRM выдаётся ошибка:

Лечится решением "подождать", через какое-то время всё работает без проблем, при этом никакие изменения не вносятся.

CRM версия 4.0 Rollup 10, сервер баз данных находится на отдельной машине, crm srs data connector установлен и также обновлён до Rollup 10.
SQL Server версии 2008, 10.0.1600

Никто не сталкивался? В какую сторону стоит копать в поисках решения?

Отчёты теперь загружаются всегда, ошибок пока нет, похоже помогло вот это:
Проблема при смене подразделений пользователей

При этом отчёт нормально отображается, но долго запускается. С чем может быть связана такая ошибка?

У меня тоже эта проблема. Бороться не пытался, сильно плавающий баг, к счастью, не фатальный.

Если на Report Viewer ругается, попробуйте установить Rollup 11 или выше. Они используют новую версию репортвьювера: Report Viewer Redistributable 2008 SP1.

Артём, а какая версия MSSQL?

Сейчас 2008 R2, но до этого проблема была и на 2005. В основном это "Внутренняя ошибка сервера отчетов" или "невозможно найти выполнение какой-то хреновины". Абсолютно всегда проблема лечится повторным запуском отчета. Подозреваю что это просто связано с тем, что приложение сервера отчетов долго "просыпается" после бездействия.

Подскажите...
После недавней установки CRM 4 все работало. Из ролапов поставили только 16-й, в итоге отчеты перестали работать. Ошибка:

Базовый класс содержит поле 'reportViewer', но его тип (Microsoft.Reporting.WebForms.ReportViewer) несовместим с типом элемента управления (Microsoft.Reporting.WebForms.ReportViewer).

На сервере отчеты тоже перестали работать, почему-то стали писать, что админ домена, под которым все и ставилось, не имеет у них достаточно прав. Ок, настроила Report Services от админа, зашла, дала в них доступ этому же админу. На сервере теперь http://xxx/reports теперь открывается без ошибок, но в CRM отчеты все равно не работают.

О, спасибо!
Устанавливать Microsoft Report Viewer Redistributable 2008 не понадобилось, уже стояла последняя версия, просто в web.config поменяла 8.0.0 на 9.0.0
