Khue Trinh: AX 2009 Quality Management - Quality Control
Источник: http://khue.spaces.live.com/Blog/cns...A0C2!470.entry
============== QUALITY MANAGEMENT MODULE is a new module of AX 2009.
Create a Test Area: this is to define where the tests are performed. Create a new test area for LCD. Test Instruments: instrument using for testing. Create 2 instruments for LCD tests, called ContratsIns and ColourIns. Unit field should be set up as "Option". This is to define the options of result later. Test: used to define all the tests that may need to be done. Create 2 tests for LCD called LCDColourTest and LCDContrastTest, using 2 instruments which have been created in the previous step. Test variables and Outcomes: Variables that are associated with a qualitative test, where each variable will have enumerated outcomes that represent the possible options. You must define a variable and its outcomes for a qualitative test that is defined on the Tests form with a test type of Option. Outcomes are the possible outcome result of each variable. By select the variable and clicking "Outcome" button, you can set up the outcome values. This are outcomes of LCDColour variable and LCDContrast: Test Group: and the individual tests that are assigned to a test group. The upper pane displays test groups, and the lower pane displays the tests that are assigned to a selected test group. You assign several policies to a test group, including a sampling plan, an acceptable quality level (AQL), and the requirement for destructive testing. When assigning an individual test to a test group, you define additional information, such as the sequence, the acceptable measurement values (for a quantitative test), the test variable and default outcome (for a qualitative test), documents, and validity dates. The test group that is assigned to a quality order provides the initial basis for which tests need to be performed on the specified item, and tests can be added, deleted, or changed on the quality order. Test results are reported for each test on a quality order. Destructive check box is used when the test destroy the tested item. Once the destructive is checked, AX will generate a inventory transaction with -Qty with "Deducted" status. Item Sampling is to define how many item needs to be tested for a lot transaction. You can set it as a percentage or fixed quantity. Quality Association: if you want AX to create quality order automatically when you post Receipt List or Delivery Notes, you can set it up here. This form work with "Table/Group/All" set up. And you can set up what item/group from which vendor/group Quality Group: reflect common testing requirements for items. Items with common testing requirements can then be assigned to a quality group. After the common testing requirements have been defined (by using the Test groups), the rules for automatically generating quality orders to perform the tests can be defined for a quality group (by using the Quality associations) rather than for individual items. Using quality groups simplifies the definition of rules for automatically generating quality orders. Now you can create a Purchase Order from vendor 1001 Earth Television and Item 1001, LCD Television Model 01, fill in item dimensions and quantity. Update Receipt List. Refer to the screen below. an info log display after posting to receipt list. And you can see the quality order to be created if you go to Inventory Management/Periodic/Quality Management/Quality Order Click Result Button to enter the test result for each single step. Click "Validate" and OK to update the status of the quality order. Then you can click Inquiry / Certificates to view the report of certificates.
