Dear Dima,
We have used Role Centers a lot :0) You probably using Germany localization of Ax. Can you please write in english/russian, because many terms like "Mandanten " is not clear to me. What exactly are you importing? New Ax users (blind guess) - if so you would need to assosiate new users to the RC pages by choosing/creating user profilies. We can take this offline, just send a mail with the more details and screenshots.
