Задание
A job in the line organization is a person’s main employment relation.
If a company uses positions, a person should always hold a position
in the line organization. A person should normally hold only one job
position. In very rare cases a person may be employed in more than
one department, having two contracts and two pay slips. This,
however, is not a common approach in most companies.
A job can be filled to a certain percentage (or factor as it is called in
Axapta). Full time employees have a 1,0 factor, half time employees
have a 0,5 factor.

A role is the Matrix or project affiliation of the employee. An employee
can be affiliated with any number of roles, or organizational units in
the Matrix or project structure. In this case there is no factor given to
the position.
