Настройка COM connector

Проблема при регистрации COM connector:

На закладке COM connector в ConfigurationUtility
кнопка Register COM+ серая, хотя лицензия на коннектор есть.

Настройка standart COM не помогла.

Set Axapta = Server.CreateObject("AxaptaCOMConnector.Axapta")
Axapta.Logon "cwc", "", "", "ru"

получаем:

AxaptaCOMConnector.Axapta.1 (0x80004005)
