When you have imported your new aspx pages from SharePoint in AX by creating the URL in AX. These pages will appear in the AOT at Web/Web Files Page Definitions.  Next ship your layer to your new AX site. When you deploy Share point integration Full, your new pages will be deployed also. The reason is that AX default always all Page Definitions Deploys.
Did you know that you should turn on the property Public Page on your Page Definition when this page is used for Anonymous access?
