Windows 10 Creators update comes with .NET 4.7, where one of the improvements is a high DPI support. It has a [positive] impact on Dynamics AX 2012 presentation: for the first time in 5 years the menus are rendered without overlapping on high DPI monitors, here on my 4K display :



P.S. For those of us who run the DAX server on a laptop consumer OS: do not forget to save the registry branch
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Dynamics Server]
The Windows updater deletes it, it always does, and the ax32 service does not start after the reboot.
